Electronic stones...

Let's focus on idea generation without throwing up flags. The moment we put the brakes on idea generation to discuss how it doesn't meet our needs is the moment we lose the opportunity to develop some truly innovative thinking. If something comes up that warrants further discussion, we can begin to interject the positives and negatives. Keep the "what if"s coming and limit the "however"s.

Ideas submitted become the property of Six Stones, Inc.

Scott: You should save the file when click on the link. If you click on the link it should give you the option to save or open, click save. Then copy it onto your microSD card that goes into your phone.

Eric: I don't know what webOS uses for its SDK, but I assume it is something like the Java used by other phones. If that is the case, then once I make everything as Object Oriented as possable I should be able port ir easily.

Mike, via the browser on my G1 I couldn't dl the file so I had too only using Internet explorer, Firefox doesn't recognize the file being there. I got it on my phone transferring it to my sd card. I've tried to install the file in it's zipped and unzipped version using the apps installer listed in your copied instructions and it doesn't work.

Not really sure where I might be going wrong here other than when the "apps installer" scans my sd card, it doesn't see the application in either version, zipped or unzipped.

well crap. I'll look into it. I was hoping to avoid paying the 25$ to list it on the apps store, but we'll see. We can look at it next weekend. it should just see it as a .apk file and run it with that.

Rob, we couldn't get the file to install on my G1 and I'm not sure what Mike's been up too since then. Seemed like a really cool app.

I just purchaced a Droid so this is on my list of things to do, but sadly my laptop with the SDK is dead for now. I should have it on the marketplace in the next month or so, in time for mage.

I messed with it tonight. I think it's pretty neat, except for the fact that the Clear and the White look similar
In fact, the mere opening of the box will determine the state of the player. There are three determinate states the player could be in. Alive, Dead, or OOC.

WOrking on it. I think I might make "clear" yellow. I also found an Android GUI designer that can automate the GUI design and make it prettier. Now if I can only get my laptop working again I'll be good, my Wife's netbook chokes when I mention programming on it.
